I just completed my first project for Maximilian Schwarzmüller’s Vue.js course! It’s a simple turn-based game, but the real focus is on everything we’ve learned up to this point – all the essentials, except for components. That is, methods, computed properties, watchers, class and style bindings, conditional rendering, list rendering, event handling and form input bindings.
For this project, I sped through it to push something out (I want to get to the next module!). I put aside my perfectionism, so it’s not as DRY and de-coupled as I would like. In the future, I’d like to revisit this little game to tighten the code and add new features and UI improvements.
